Installation was great! Installation crew was amazing. Very professional and their craftsmanship with the metal trim was spectacular. The windows themselves are great quality and they make the house look like it’s brand new. A few of the windows had some manufacturer defects and one of the screens was broken. I’m currently working with customer service to get that remedied. I will post a follow up on that. My only reason for giving 4 instead of 5 stars was due to the fact the installers did not do a very good job cleaning up after the installation. They left broken glass, large wood chips from the old windows, old caulk, metal pieces they cut from the trim they put up, and other debris. I had to go around and clean up their mess after they left. This is a safety concern for me as I have kids and dogs. Overall it was a great experience, you can’t beat their price anywhere. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for new windows.

Window World of Dothan installed 18 windows and a sliding door in our house. The windows are fantastic, and we loved the installation team. Washington and his crew did a great job, and gave us sound advice on some other aspects of our home. Buy with confidence!

We had an issue with our install initially as our header above our window was completely rotted out. The installer pointed it out to us. So we had to delay the installation of that window until the repairs were made. Today, TJ and Keith showed up and installed the window and did a fantastic job. It really looks great. Very professional. Would recommend them highly. KE

The guys who installed our windows were outstanding! They worked all day long and in the hot Alabama sun! These guys came on the weekend Saturday and Sunday( time away from their families and their weekend) to make sure our house was done! They cleaned up super good, you wouldnt even know they came!

Window World did a fantastic job at repairing my the window to my home. My home was damaged by a hit-and-run driver! Window World swooped in and saved the day after a different set of awesome contractors repaired the window frame and brick masonry. I am so impressed that I would not hesitate to recommend friends and family to give them a call. So, if you need to replace those old drafty and legacy windows a call and tell them that “HunyBee 555 sent you!”
